How it works
Buckeye moved to on-request bulk pickup. Active city trash customers can request up to four bulk pickups a year, collected on their regular trash day.
Cities update these programs often. Confirm your date and the current rules on the official Buckeye bulk trash page or by calling 623-349-6100.
The rules
- Up to four pickups per year for active city trash accounts
- Request at least two business days before your regular trash day
- Later requests roll to the following week
- Piles no larger than 6 feet long, 6 feet wide, and 6 feet high
- Cut tree limbs to 3 feet and tie them; box thorny brush and cacti
- Bag or box small items and glass; place piles by the sidewalk, not in the street
What bulk pickup won't take
- Construction and demolition debris
- Uncut or unstacked vegetation
When bulk trash isn't enough
- You have new-construction or remodel debris
- The pile is bigger than 6 x 6 x 6 feet
- You've used your four pickups this year
- You're hauling dirt, rock, or landscaping material
